The Death Certificate stated that the Queen died at 3:10 pm on September 8 at Balmoral Castle in Ballater, Scotland. Old age was the only reason cited, and no other causes were listed. Princess Royal Anne signed it.

The official name listed as the Queen’s is Elizabeth Alexandra Mary, and it mentions against the occupation, Her Majesty the Queen. The document was signed by Anne, who was beside her in that moment of grief, along with her eldest son, Charles.

Charles and Camilla arrived at Balmoral at 10:30 a.m. Based on the details released, it is clear that many royal members didn’t make it on time to bid goodbye to their beloved mother or grandmother.
