Queen Elizabeth II's Garden House is available for rent on Airbnb. What's inside the house on Sandringham Estate?

You can now rent a home owned by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Airbnb. The house is a part of her Majesty's Sandringham Estate.

The home's name is The Garden House, previously the residence of the Queen's head gardener and the closest estate property to the dearest retreat of the royal family, the Sandringham House. The Sandringham House, one of the most historic estates in the UK, is located in the Norfolk Coast Area (designated as the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.)

For over a century, the Sandringham House played a part in royal history built for Prince of Wales Albert Edward. Later, when George VI died on 6 February 1952 in Sandringham, passed the estate to Queen Elizabeth II. The Queen stays nearly two months every winter on the estate.


The Garden House, which shares the estate with the neighboring historic property, is now taking reservations on Airbnb. The home is a perfect showpiece of the beautiful garden that spread in the esteemed estate and a festivity of the Great British countryside.

As for the most magnificent asset the house has, it's undoubtedly the grounds. But when it comes to portraying the rural surrounding in the place, the decorative ideas steals the show.



The artwork and furniture in the Garden House were once quartered in a royal residence. The best evidence of this can be found in the dining area, decorated with antiques.
