Queen Elizabeth II funeral: From supermarkets to pubs, know what's open and what's shut

Most businesses, including supermarkets, pubs, and shopping centres across Britain, have announced to close on Monday, September 19, as a mark of respect for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's funeral.

Today will be one of the most melancholic days in Britain's history, as people will say their last goodbye to their beloved Queen Elizabeth II.

September 19 is marked as the Queen's funeral day, and businesses across the country have been shut down in respect of Queen Elizabeth II.

Though the government has no compulsion to suspend companies on the mourning day, which is also the bank holiday, many businesses have voluntarily decided to close their trading to respect Her Majesty.
