Queen Camilla's nephew says he faced bullying, death threats due to his royal family ties

Luke Parker-Bowles is a television producer related to Queen Consort Camilla's first husband, Andrew Parker-Bowles. Luke Parker-Bowles recalled that when he attended boarding school, he was ridiculed and even received death threats because many concluded that Princess Diana had died because of Camilla and that he had therefore murdered her by association.

He recollected that: "It was a difficult moment, and I wanted to divert attention from it, so I became active with charity. I recall swimming nonstop for three hours for charity (insane). Instead of being tormented, I enjoyed focusing on what I could do for others."

Today, he serves as the director of The Queen Elizabeth II September 11th Garden in New York City, a monument for the 67 British and Commonwealth nationals killed in the terrorist attacks.
