Following her release of a particularly poignant video in support of "Addiction Awareness Week", Princess of Wales Catherine Kate Middleton seemed to have left royal admirers feeling incredibly motivated.

In a video clip shot at Kensington Palace in support of The Forward Trust, the wife of Prince William spoke movingly about destigmatizing addiction and addressing the shame experienced by those struggling.

Princess Kate said during the #AddictionAwarenessWeek that she wants to provide a message of solidarity to those continuing to suffer and that recovery is possible.

The terrible mental health issue of addiction can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, colour, or origin. She stated: Do not let your guilt prevent you from receiving the care you desperately need.

The campaign seeks to change how people now view addiction, increase awareness of its origins and effects, foster better comprehension, lessen discrimination, and encourage more individuals to seek help.
