This year’s commemoration of the late Princess Diana, popularly known as 'People’s Princess will be starkly diverse from five years ago.

Britain’s Prince William and Prince Happy have decided to commemorate the 25th death anniversary of their mother Princess Diana in a private yet separate manner as the apparent disagreement between the two brothers shows no sign of stopping.

On Wednesday, not only the country but the world will remember the ill-fated Princess Diana's death anniversary as it would be a quarter of a century after her death in a car accident along with her boyfriend Dodi Fayed in Paris.


The People’s Princess’ fairytale marriage to Prince Charles fascinated the entire world while the Princess always kept the world amazed with her charismatic personality. Unfortunately, such a magnificent fairytale was publicly revealed followed by infidelity and divorce. Then, it was August 31, 1997, when the Princess died in the car crash.

Diana, Princess of Wales' sons decided to mark the day of their mother's death discreetly yet separately with their own families this year. It has been five years since the royal brothers attended a series of public commemorations on the occasion of their mother’s death anniversary.

It has been revealed that the brothers had decided to draw a line from their public commemoration of the occasion of Princess Diana’s 20th anniversary.

Princess Diana’s early demise just at 36 left the entire world in utter shock. At that time, a sea of floral tributes was laid at the gate of the royal palace.

Diana’s two sons, William and Harry were only 15 and 12 at the time of her death. Last year, the brothers exposed a statue of Princess Diana at Kensington Palace on the occasion of her 60th birthday.
