Prince William and Kate’s youngest son Prince Louis can get Prince Andrew’s title due to a royal tradition; Know details here
Prince Louis might become the next Duke of York, following a change that occurred after the death of Queen Elizabeth II. He could take the place of Prince Andrew, who currently holds the title.

Duke of York is a title which is given to the monarch’s second oldest son. Currently, Prince Andrew holds the title from Queen Elizabeth’s time. After the queen's death, and the coronation of the then Prince Charles, the shifting of titles has now started.
Prince William, who was the Duke of Cambridge, has now become the Prince of Wales, with his father becoming the monarch. The title of Prince Louis, his son, can change in two instances: either William becomes the king, or he marries. This is similar to when Prince William and Prince Harry became the Duke of Cambridge and Sussex, respectively, after marriage.
The title of Duke of York has a special connection to the late Queen Elizabeth. She was once the Princess Elizabeth of York when her father, King George VI, was the Duke of York. In 1986, the queen opted to give the title to her favourite son, Prince Andrew after his marriage. Another notable holder of the title was King George V. The Duke of York title is the highest honour for a member of the Royal Family.
Once, there was an uproar about removing the Duke of York's title from Prince Andrew. However, the titles of Royal Family members cannot be easily removed. The motion for removal of titles has to be passed by Parliament, with a statute passed by both the House of Commons and the Lords.
