The series' announcement comes just days after the conclusion of their own controversial docuseries Harry & Meghan, in which they made various assertions about their time in the Royal family. The pair previously gave a candid interview to Oprah Winfrey in which they discussed why they chose to separate themselves from the royal family and made headline-grabbing remarks about their son Archie.

Buckingham and Kensington Palace have both stayed silent in response to Harry's charges. In his controversial six-part series, Harry also alleged that Kensington Palace "lied to protect my brother" when it released a statement rejecting a rumour that William had bullied him out of the royal family.
