According to a royal biographer, a long-serving lady-in-waiting to the late Queen Elizabeth II claimed the relationship between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will "end in tears."

Lady Susan Hussey made the comments while lunch with several theatrical executives, according to author of “Revenge: Meghan, Harry, and the War Between the Windsors”, Tom Bower.

According to the article, Hussey grew unexpectedly serious about the couple's future while discussing the potential of Meghan being involved with the National Theatre after the wedding.


She is said to have predicted that everything would end in tears. "Mark my word' is what she reportedly said.
