In their explosive Netflix documentary "Harry & Meghan", Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have addressed the christening of their daughter. The royal couple also confirmed the first of their children's godparents. Earlier, some reports had claimed that Meghan and Harry would bring their daughter, who is now one year old, to the United Kingdom for her christening as per the royal tradition. The reports stated that Meghan and Harry were keen for Lilibet to be christened at Windsor Castle, where her older brother, Archie, was also baptised.
However, the recent Netflix documentary revealed that the royal couple discussed the christening of Lilibet with their close friend, Tyler Perry, who was asked to be the youngster's godfather. But it is not clear whether the christening has taken place.
Perry, in the final episode of the documentary, revealed that Meghan and Harry had asked him whether he would become the godfather of Lilibet. The sixth episode of the docuseries also showed photos and footage of Lilibet.
