Prince Andrew was spotted riding a horse in Windsor Great Park. However, he gave a disgruntled expression while riding in the park on a chilly morning. He had donned a jacket with a royal logo and a black riding hat. In addition, he also wore black gloves and a high-necked jumper under the jacket.
