As Primark's new click-and-collect service officially launched today, customers may now browse more than 2,000 products online, buy their favourites, and choose their preferred day and time to pick up their purchases from the store.

Only children's toys, apparel, and nursery products from the North West of England, Yorkshire, and North Wales will currently be included. Other collections, such as those for ladies, men, and home goods, are currently exclusively available only in-store.

Customers must spend a minimum of £15 to use click-and-collect, but there is no additional fee for the service. Customers who use the service to return items can do so without paying anything.

According to Kari Rodgers, the retail director of Primark, they are happy that customers throughout North West England, sections of Yorkshire, and North Wales will soon have the option to check out their new Click + Collect offer.
