Mo Gilligan, 35, announced the news on Instagram, marking the end of the talk show that began in 2019.

Following the format of iconic chat shows, The Lateish Show presented celebrity interviews, comedy sketches, and a live band, entertaining viewers every Wednesday at 10 pm on Channel 4.


The show, mentioned by the former Brits host during his announcement on Instagram, secured two Baftas during its run.

He shared that after four incredible years, The Christmas episode of The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, which airs at 10 pm on Wednesday, 20th December, will be last.

Mo Gilligan went on to describe his profound pride in the show, emphasizing its life-changing impact and industry-wide influence.
