The police revealed that the young man stood completely still in front of the shop window, holding a bag, trying to blend in as a mannequin. He did this to escape the notice of surveillance cameras.
Sharing more details about this incident the police said that once the shopping centre closed, he seized the opportunity on multiple occasions. He managed to rob a jewellery stand also, and on another occasion, even entered a restaurant to have a meal. After that, he slipped under the shutters at a store's entrance, changed his clothes, and returned to the restaurant for more food.
However, his good luck saw an end when security guards spotted him and alerted the police.
In addition to this incident, he is also accused of stealing from another shopping centre. It's alleged that he took money from cash registers and attempted to steal various items after closing hours.
The suspect could face 10 years in prison.
