For this year's 95th Oscar Awards, the list of eligible films for the documentary, animated, and international feature categories has been released. The list announced by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences includes films like Amazon's documentary "Good Night Oppy" and Apple's "Luck."
Under the animated feature category, the Academy has listed 27 films. However, a few of these films need to fulfil some qualifying rules in order to proceed to the voting round. All films submitted for the animated feature will also qualify for awards in other categories, including best picture. Some movies listed under this category are "The Bad Guys," "Charlotte," "Drifting Home," "Inu-Oh," and "Lightyear," among others.
