Man dies on Boxing Day after horrific fire claims life of his fiancée

A man died two weeks after his fiancée passed away when a fire tore through their house, according to the family, who claim that the beloved couple has been "reunited forever."

On Boxing Day, Kieran Naylor, 33, passed away, two weeks after Rebecca Foster, 32, lost her life as a result of her injuries sustained in a fire that engulfed their home.

Their friends and family referred to them as the "perfect couple" and stated they intended to remain together for the rest of their lives. In the early hours of December 12, a fire broke out at their house in Delph Lane, Daresbury, Cheshire.


The next day, Foster passed away. Despite continuing to struggle for his life in the hospital, Kieran passed away on December 26. Although the cause of the fire is still under investigation, according to Cheshire Police, it is not thought to be suspicious.



In a tribute the family said that they do not have adequate words that can explain how shocked and heart broken Naylor's family is. Naylor’s family stated that everyone who had the privilege of knowing Kieran will miss him dearly. He truly was the finest son, brother, and uncle anybody could have dreamed of. Now that they are together once again, Naylor and Foster will live on in our hearts forever. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who made efforts to assist Naylor and Foster after the fire and requested people to respect their right to privacy at this difficult time.

Foster’s family mentioned that she was a lovely and kind daughter and her passing has completely broken apart their lives. She and Naylor were the ideal match, and they had every intention of spending the rest of their lives together, the family said.
