The London Fire Brigade is under the scanner with reports suggesting misogyny and racism running rampant inside it. Women are reportedly poorly treated and are frequently subjected to sexual advances by their male counterparts.

The report suggested that the London Fire Brigade has a toxic culture and the organization was racist and misogynistic institutionally.
The staff members spoke, and the report investigated some abuses. It came to light that women were groped in training exercises which were frequently called "front bottoms," and others were attacked or punched by their male counterparts.
Around 10 instances of sexual harassment discipline cases have also occurred at the Brigade. In one shocking incident, a female firefighter explained how a male firefighter made sexual advances towards her.

Reports also showed that male firefighters watch pornographic movies together, and even Muslim men are tortured by filling their pockets with pork sausages and bacon. One of the staff members mocked the Muslim firefighter with Indian accent imitations and asked him about his "magic carpet."
