The meeting between the mother of Libby Squire, the student who was killed in 2019, and the man who was found guilty of the crime has been cancelled. Due to his allegation that he is appealing his conviction and imprisonment, Pawel Relowicz, 28, has changed his mind about meeting Lisa Squire (the victim’s mother) as part of a restorative justice program.

But the victim’s mother, Lisa Squire, said she was “shocked” when he decided to cancel the meeting, and she had thought he would finally provide information about her daughter's final moments.

When the suspect decided to leave the conference, Lisa Squire remarked, 'I was so upset and it knocked me. I was quite upset and shocked by his response because I didn’t anticipate (him) acting that way.
