The Prince of Wales solemnly joined the procession alongside his brother Prince Harry from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall on Thursday. How did Prince William react to attending the funeral of Queen Elizabeth?
During the procession with the late Queen Elizabeth’s coffin, Prince William felt emotional standing alongside his brother Prince Harry. According to Jane Wells, a follower who came to offer flowers at the Norfolk estate, the prince told them that he felt it difficult while following the coffin as it seemed a haunting echo of his late mother, Princess Diana’s funeral.
Another person from the crowd said that while seeing her with tears, Prince William replied her not to cry, or she would make him cry too. The prince also said that after seeing the reaction of the masses, he released that the late Queen was everyone’s grandmother.
Will both, William and Harry, be seen together afterwards?
As their mourning continues, the brothers will show unity while their wives Kate and Meghan follow car in the procession.
