Kwasi Kwarteng brings forward UK debt-cutting plan to October 31
On Monday morning, the Treasury confirmed that it would be in the public domain on October 31. The publications of OBR forecasts will also be brought forward.

Chancellor of the Exchequer in the UK Kwasi Kwarteng has brought forward a report from the government's independent fiscal watchdog as he bowed to pressure. Though the analysis by the Office for Budget Responsibility (ORB) was delivered to the Treasury past week, the Chancellor earlier said that it would not be released until November 23.
Debt-cutting plan to be made public on October 31
On Monday morning, the Treasury confirmed that it would be in the public domain on October 31. Moreover, Kwarteng will set forth how he plans to make payments for the £43billion of tax cuts announced in last month’s mini-budget.
He said there might be a “smaller rise” in interest rates as the publication is brought forward. The rise in interest rates is crucial for mortgage holders counted in millions.
