The not-so-quiet Alps vacation of the trio

• In 2005, King Charles was on vacation with his sons in the Swiss Alps. Maybe the family was looking for a quiet holiday away from the cameras, but instead, they got swamped by reporters.

BBC reporter Nicholas Witchell asked Charles about his upcoming marriage with Camilla Parker Bowles. He cheekily answered that he was glad people had heard of it.

• Later, he could be heard saying he couldn't bear the man. He is awful. Whether the heir to the throne forgot about the microphones or the comment was deliberate is still up for debate.
