King Charles III to decide on Archie and Lilibet’s royal titles after release of Harry’s memoir ‘Spare’

According to rumours, King Charles III is unsure whether his two youngest grandkids, Archie and Lilibet, can utilise their royal titles and demeanours after their parents, Prince Harry and Meghan stepped back from senior working royal members.

Following the release of their contentious six-part Netflix docuseries, where they have made various allegations against the Royal Family, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have recently triggered controversy.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are attempting to explain their side of the events that led them to resign from their positions as working royals in January 2020. Around three episodes were initially released on Thursday, December 8, and three more hours of material were released this week on the streaming website.

Harry stated in the second episode of the documentary that during a family gathering to decide the couple's future in the facility, Prince William yelled and screamed at him. At the same time, King Charles lied while the late Queen sat and listened.

When Queen Elizabeth II passed away in September, their children Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1, became prince and princess despite Harry and Meghan's withdrawal.

The Sussex children advanced in the line of succession after the death of the Queen, and as the new monarch's grandchildren, they are entitled to HRH rank.

According to rules established in 1917 by King George the fifth, the kids and grandchildren of a royal get the automated right to the titles HRH and prince or princess.

If King Charles decides to revoke Archie and Lilibet's titles by his plan for a smaller monarchy, he will have to publish a Letters Patent to modify their status.
