King Charles III Coronation: How to get free tickets for the concert at Windsor Castle?
BBC announced that there are around 10,000 free tickets up for the public to watch the grand event at Windsor Castle.

A national ballot is being organised for 10,000 free tickets to the King Charles III coronation at Windsor Castle. The televised concert will be held on May 7, just a day after the ceremony in line with the weekend celebrations to mark the event.
The UK public can also apply for the 5,000 pairs of tickets on offer after 7 am on Friday and visiting BBC’s official website. The ballot will be closing just before 12 am on February 28. The concert following the coronation will be staged at Windsor Castle’s east lawn and as per the current information, it will feature “music icons and contemporary stars”. It is also the first time that such an event would take place on the castle’s grounds.
The entire concert will also be broadcast live on BBC One, BBC iPlayer, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Sounds. The entire line-up will be revealed in the coming days.

How will the winners be decided of the free tickets?
The winners of the free tickets will be based on the geographical spread of the British population. It will not be on a first-come, first-served basis in the ballot run by Ticketmaster. During the three-day celebration marking King’s coronation, the ‘Lighting up the Nation’ will remain one of the major highlights. Under the section, famous locations across the country will be lit up with projections, lasers, drone displays and illuminations.

Moreover, stars would also deliver a selection of spoken-word sequences. A world-class orchestra will play the interpretations of some favourite songs. The remaining tickets for the concert will be available for the charities that work in support of young generations, the environment and other social causes.
