Jury considers verdicts in intimate tape case in Stephen Bear trial
In the trial of a former reality TV contestant Stephen Bear accused of offences related to a intimate tape, the jury has retired to ponder its findings.

Harrison, who waived her right to anonymity, is accused of being unaware that they were being videotaped, according to the prosecution. Harrison warned him not to show it to anyone and made it clear how upset she would be if he did.
Harrison testified before the court that she had witnessed Bear send the video to someone on WhatsApp later that day and learned it was making its way online. According to Jacqueline Carey KC, prosecuting, the defendant either published the video himself or paid someone else to do it for OnlyFans, where he made money.
The 2016 Celebrity Big Brother winner, Bear, admitted to his trial that he destroyed the tape in August 2020 and had not forwarded it to anyone. Jurors have been asked to return at 10:00 GMT on Tuesday to continue their deliberations after being sent home for the day.
