What is all about JK Rowling’s sexual assault crisis center?

The Beira’s Place, funded by JK Rowling, will support and advocate for women aged 16 and above in the Lothian region. It is meant for those who have experienced sexual assault at any time in their life. Elaborating further, JK Rowling says that she herself was a survivor of sexual abuse and knows how crucial it is that survivors must have access to such women-centric institutions that would care for them at vulnerable times.
