Then, Sahar Tabar was jailed for about ten years per Iran's strict blasphemy laws. But Sahar was finally released from prison this year, following which, she revealed her real face in an interview.

In the latest interview, Sahar Tabar admitted that her viral look was made using makeup and heavy photo editing.
