Matt Hancock has been cast as a contestant on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! He reached final after Mike Tindall was removed as the eighth contender.
The former England rugby star, 44, will compete for the title of ITV reality show winner against the former Health Secretary, 44, Jill Scott, and Owen Warner on Sunday. Tindall was hailed by his wife, the Princess Royal's daughter Zara Tindall, as he exited the celebrity camp.
We were comfortable with it; he told presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. It's been an incredible adventure. He believed they'd been incredibly lucky with everyone in there and how well the camp functioned together. He had been in a team for a long time and did not anticipate it to work as well as it did.
Earlier in the programme on Saturday evening, Tindall discussed Hancock's position in the race, stating Matt wants to win.
Speaking to a media outlet, he stated that Matt keeps his T-shirt and phone digits visible at all times. Matt wants to win. He said that he enjoys turning it around every time he leaves camp. He added, "A politician is a politician forever. He is always canvassing for votes."
