Helen Skelton of Strictly Come Dancing begins 'presenting with Lorraine Kelly'

English television presenter Helen Skelton and Lorraine Kelly will collaborate on a new ITV feature for the named morning show. The Countryfile host will reportedly explore the value of mental and emotional health in a Me Time segment with Lorraine and Dr. Amir Khan, according to sources. After being named the final celebrity to join this season of Strictly Come Dancing, Helen's upcoming weeks are already looking busy.

She joins the ranks of people like Bros singer Matt Goss, comedienne and actress Ellie Taylor, and gold medalist in paralympic swimming Ellie Simmonds. Helen is more in demand than ever, and ITV was thrilled to acquire her, an insider told The Mirror.

England national rugby league team member Richie and Helen split up in April of this year as they worked to co-parent their three young children.


The 39-year-old announced in a statement at the time: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has moved out of the house. To the best of our abilities, we will co-parent our young children."

According to a recent story, Helen decided to participate in the show after her ex Richie uploaded images of himself and his new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill on social media. Helen had reportedly lately seemed to drop a hint about who she would be dancing with on the show.


On July 10, Richie posted a picture of Stephanie and him on Instagram while they were at Wimbledon. A few weeks later, the couple was photographed cuddling in Cornwall, and Richie wrote in the caption, "Was worth a 32-year wait."

Helen revealed that the major reason she was interested by her fascinating job was that she found it difficult to "carve out time for oneself."

She declared that spending time in and around greenery is helpful for her. Fresh air and beautiful scenery always improve my mood.
