BBC has unveiled trailer for third season of 'Happy Valley'. The BBC feels this show would fetch them the moolah and has awarded it the 9 PM slot from New Year's Day. The Red Production Company, who were the producers for the show, have been replaced by Lookout Point.

Executive producers are Wainwright and Lancashire, and the show's trailer gives a peek at what fans can expect from the final series. The trailer begins with Sarah Lancashire reporting a homicide in a large meadow, saying they are human remains. That draws a lot of interest immediately, and fans would want to tune in. Lancashire can also be seen discussing her retirement plans in the trailer. The child who acts as Sergeant Cawood's grandson discusses what kind of a relationship he would like to share with his father, whom his grandmom hates. This leaves Clare (Siobhan Finneran) torn between the two.



Sarah Lancashire stands out as the star in this series, and the actress has won scores of accolades for her performance. Lancashire passed out from Guildhall School of Music and Drama and immersed herself in local theatre. She has acted in popular television programs like Coronation Street, Where the Heart Is, and Clocking Off.
