Handwritten note from Queen Elizabeth II to grandson Prince William goes viral. Details here
Prince William had written about his grandmother during Queen Elizabeth II's demise - "She was by my side during my most joyful times. And she stood by my side during the most challenging times in my life."

The present Prince of Wales, second in line to the British throne after his father, King Charles III, had a warm relationship with his late grandmother. She was often seen making jokes and laughing with him while at other times correcting him, even as an adult.
Recently, one of her handwritten notes to her grandson just reappeared online. The contents of the beautiful letter are apparent in the picture, which was uploaded earlier this week on Twitter by the account "Real Royal Mail".
Prince William, I hope you love opening this every day, Granny, it said. The letter looked to have been written on Buckingham Palace's paper.
Boston-based RR Auctions put the note up for auction in December 2016 with the expectation that it would sell for up to £1,400. It was then described as a rarely encountered piece of writing from within the royal family, accentuated by its fitting Christmas season linkage by Robert Livingston, executive vice president at the auction house.
