After winning back-to-back national championships, Georgia Bulldogs are betting favorites at +375 to win the College Football Playoff in 2023.

Alabama Crimson Tide and Ohio State Buckeyes with +550 and +650, respectively, are next in line. Ohio, Alabama and Georgia form the same trio of favorites which entered the previous season. The most notable difference is that the Dawgs appear to have supplanted the Crimson Tide as the sport's gold standard.

“We think that they are going to be the best team in the best conference. They're going to lose Bennett, but Bama is going to lose Young,” Caesars Digital Sportsbook lead Joey Feazel told the media. He further added that Georgia has a light schedule, with only about three relatively tough plays.

Pelé has changed it all. He turned football into art, into entertainment Gave voice to the poor, blacks and mostly: Gave visibility to Brazil. Soccer and Brazil have raised their status thanks to the King! He's gone but his magic remains. Pelé is FOREVER!!," Neymar wrote.

Georgia beat the TCU Horned Frogs in the CFP title game, ending an epic underdog narrative. Earlier this season, TCU were considered the biggest long shot in American sports team history, with odds of 200 against 1. The aftermath of this resulted in Oddsmakers having a tough time anticipating a large spike in long-shot bettors.

Johnny Avello, DraftKings sportsbook’s director, told the media that he believes that TCU will take some pokes with odds from 35-1 to 75-1. He further adds that college football championship winners usually come from teams priced on the lower end of the spectrum.

Williams was recruited by the Trojans from Oklahoma thanks to the freshly established transfer portal, which is still having an impact on schools.

Wake Forest transfer quarterback, Sam Hartman, will join Notre Dame (20-1). You really just have to remain on top of it, Feazel added, "the portal in the spring is a significant component." Together with LSU, Michigan is the sixth favourite at 14-1 odds and has qualified for the College Football Playoff in each of the last two seasons.
