Feeder, the renowned British rock band have revealed a forthcoming double album titled "Black/Red," which completes a trilogy of albums following their 2022 release, "Torpedo." This double album is set to be released on April 5, 2024, through Big Teeth Music, available via Townsend Music and Absolute Label Services.

Frontman Grant Nicholas explained that the album is split into two parts, with CD1 being "Black" and CD2 being "Red." This unique approach gives the listener a distinct experience, almost like a musical production with an interval.

“Making it was a very creative time for me as a writer and a real labour of love. Making the Black / Red album for me personally was a musical pilgrimage and I feel the end result is undeniable Feeder,” Nicholas said.

To celebrate this announcement, Feeder has shared two new tracks from the upcoming release. "Playing With Fire" showcases their signature sound with electrifying riffs, while "ELF" is an epic ballad described by the frontman as "a call to arms."

"Black/Red" is the band's first double album and is expected to capture the same sense of open space, freedom, and possibility as their previous release, "Torpedo." The tracks are connected by their optimistic energy rather than a specific concept, making it a versatile and engaging listening experience.

Feeder fans have more to look forward to in 2024 as the band is set to embark on a UK headline tour in March. The tour begins in Cambridge at the beginning of the month and concludes in London. Tickets for the tour will go on sale this Friday.
