The first-ever episode of Celebrity Juice was released in 2008. For the past 14 years, this quiz show has won the hearts of many people.

ITV announced in June 2022 that Celebrity Juice would have its last episode this year. The series will no longer be continued.

The show host Keith Lemon expressed gratitude for being on the show via Twitter. He tweeted that this show was the longest and most fun party of his life. He thanked the audience, crew, guests, and two team partners for making the journey memorable. In his tweet, he revealed that there would be two farewell specials on the show.


ITV had not released the reason behind closing the show. But Keith has a theory which he disclosed on Good Morning Britain, where he was a guest. According to Keith, ITV made this decision because he was too old to continue as a host. He supported it by the fact that he was not able to keep up with the guests. He would often not know the significance of their guests' identities and would forget their names often.



Paul Mortimer, the Director of Reality at ITV, commented on the ending of Celebrity Juice. He said that Keith was the one holding the audience together, and the show was one of the most watched on their schedule. It will be talked about for years to come. And all the credit goes to Keith and the team captains.
