British film and theatre actor Felicity Kendal paid her tribute to the Queen Elizabeth II by sharing nostalgic moments from her association with the royal family.

The state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II is taking place on Monday. Thousands of people were standing diligently in long queues outside Westminster Hall for the past few days to pay their last tribute to the departed Queen. British film and theatre actor Felicity Kendal paid rich tribute to the Queen.

"I recall seeing her coronation when I was six years old," Felicity stated. "The Queen was young and strikingly beautiful, and I was left with an overwhelming feeling," she said.

The image of Prince Charles playing with the Queen's gold bangles is still fresh in her mind.
