Amanda Holden was overwhelmed by emotion when she reconnected with the midwife who saved her life on Britain's Got Talent: The Ultimate Magician stage. During the performance, which aired on Sunday, December 18, the judge performed an act that required her to think about someone special.
The actress, who featured as a judge on the ITV talent show's one-off special, died for 40 seconds and fell into a four-day coma in 2012 following the delivery of her 10-year-old daughter Hollie. And the Heart FM radio host burst into tears as Britain's Got Talent winner Richard Jones announced the name of healthcare practitioner Pippa Nightingale on a card before bringing her on stage.
