Irish television presenter Brian Dowling shared his joy with his fans at the arrival of his daughter on September 1. The couple, Brian and the Armenia-born professional dancer Arthur Gourounlian were overjoyed after their baby girl was born through surrogacy.

Brian Dowling released a photo showing him and Arthur holding the new baby with a message written alongside for his fans to welcome their beautiful daughter baby heartily.

The Surrogate Baby

Baby Blake was delivered safely at 14.52 on Thursday, September 1. Brian and Arthur took the route of surrogacy to be parents.

Brian profusely thanked the anonymous egg donor for giving them the gift of life. Incidentally, the couple is entirely unaware of the donor - they have never met her or even seen a photograph. Brian's sister Aoife helped them in their journey by volunteering to undergo the pregnancy process.

Overjoyed Parents

Sharing the news of the arrival of our baby fills our hearts, Brian said. However, he acknowledged that they "never dreamed this day (birth of the baby) would ever be a reality. Nevertheless, the couple expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be parents.

He continued, For many of us, especially people from our group, we have to battle and strive harder for what others think can be attained easily – Brian added with an apparent reference to their status as a couple.
