BBC's Annual fundraising event 'Children In Need' 2022: Schedule, presenters and other details here

Children In Need support charities and projects working for the improvement of children's lives.

The annual fundraising event, Children In Need, is back for 2022. It is scheduled to air at 7 pm on November 18 on BBC One and iPlayer. Several celebrities will participate in the fundraising event, also called Pudsey Day.

Alex Scott, Ade Adepitan, Jason Manford, Chris Ramsay, and Mel Giedroyc will present the 2022 Children In Need show. Besides them, several other celebrities will also take part in the noble cause.

The 3-hour show will have many performances, sketches, prizes, and surprises before closing the curtain at 10 pm. While The Repair Shop team will be sharing the story behind a special restoration, Bradly Walsh will host a special children's takeover of Blankety Blank.

Meanwhile, celebrities will be taking on the infamous red chair of Graham Norton. One of the show presenters, Adepitan, stated he loved being part of BBC Children In Need. He added that given the cost of living crisis and the Covid-induced hardships, the importance of Children In Need was now more than ever.

Giedroyc said it was an honour to work with the BBC Children In Need and help children facing the "real crisis of poverty." It supports over 2,500 local charities and projects that work to improve the lives of children across the United Kingdom.
