According to reports, the assailant grabbed the weapon to attack the supermarket shelves and suddenly started attacking people. Screams were reportedly heard inside the centre, as terrified visitors tried to flee in panic.Later on, the man with the weapon was held down by people in the supermarket and handed over to the police for further investigation.
The forty-six-year-old suspect has been detained, and the terrorist motive was excluded by the police, although reports say the attacker had mental health issues.
