The 51-year-old has decided to scale the highest mountains in England, Wales, and Scotland in only 24 hours on October 6. The highest peaks in England, Wales, and Scotland are Scafell Pike, Snowdon, and Ben Nevis, respectively. Holden will start the challenge from Wales' Snowdon. She will climb an exhausting 10,476 feet to raise money for charity.

Holden is helping raise money for Arching Arms, one of the charities. Heart Radio's presenter has a personal connection with Arching Arms, a baby loss charity. Holden, in 2011, had lost her son at seven months when he was stillborn.
