After other major royals, now Prince Andrew's own daughters Eugenie and Beatrice are set to ditch him on Christmas; here's what they are planning to do

Prince Andrew is becoming increasingly isolated as his daughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, distance themselves this Christmas.

Prince Andrew's scandal splits his own family and the royal Christmas unity is in tatters. Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are expected to forsake their parents, Prince Andrew and Fergie, with Bea attending the official royal Christmas in Sandringham, to which the disgraced prince and his ex-wife have not been invited.

The royal Christmas message of family unity has been thrown into an unprecedented state of confusion by this development, as reported by the Daily Mail.

The royals' most significant public relations campaign of the year is Christmas. The royals have attempted to present themselves as a model family during Christmas ever since Queen Victoria invited the Illustrated London News into her not-so-humble home to admire the decorated treetop that her beloved consort, Prince Albert, had dragged into the ballroom, starting a worldwide trend for Christmas trees that has lasted for well over a century and counting, as quoted in a report by The Daily Beast.

They market themselves as aggressively during this season as any brand hoping to capitalise on the joyous atmosphere.

But this year, it's all gone down the tubes, not for the first time. It's not the first time that Prince Andrew seems to have never heard of the idea of stopping excavation when in a hole.

Prince Andrew has managed to make a new best friend of a rich Chinese spy. This affair is a disaster for King Charles, whose weakness and ineffectiveness are now so obvious that even this weekend's tsunami of end-of-year flattery in the extraordinarily supine U.K. papers won't be able to hide it.

The Daily Beast reported that Charles may not have to worry about the problem much more, as Andrew, who has always liked the Middle East, is planning to relocate there.

Beatrice and Eugenie can ask the king if Andrew can keep the lease to Royal Lodge to bequeath to them, as he has always hoped to do, if they can deliver the king a terrific Christmas present; the promise that their father won't ever set foot in the U.K. again without the monarch's express permission.
