After lying under sun for 30 min without sunscreen, woman says her forehead begins to 'resemble' plastic. Read details here
A young woman after taking a sunbath for around 30 minutes without sunscreen, woke up to find that her forehead had crumpled and looked like plastic when she frowned.

She discussed the issue with her family and after much deliberations, decided not to go to the doctor. She was confident that this wouldn’t get any worse than what it already is. However, her skin peeled off on her face leaving patchy skin in various places, pink in some places and rest grey.
She advised people not to risk avoiding applying sunscreen before going out in the sun. The incident happened a month ago and her natural colour has more or less been restored. She could have contracted melanoma, a type of skin cancer if it had gone worse along with severe sunburns.
It is recommended that sunscreen be applied before sitting out in the sun or spending long hours there. The advantages are plenty and include:
• Reducing signs of aging is evident with sunscreen. It prevents wrinkles.
• It prevents the sunspots from coming up on your face. These are also known as liver spots.
• Sunscreen prevents sunburns. These could be itchy and leave lifelong scars in the bargain.
• It reduces the chances of skin cancer.
• It helps avoid broken blood vessels also known as telangiectasia.
Keeping healthy skin around all the seasons is a big task but it is utmost important to keep yourself physically and mentally healthy.
