TRIL ties up with Dubai-based co to develop biz parks

Dubai-based Jafza International on Monday said it has tied up with a Tata group company Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (TRIL) to develop business and logistics parks across India.

NEW DELHI: Dubai-based Jafza International on Monday said it has tied up with a Tata group company Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (TRIL) to develop business and logistics parks across India.
The Dubai-based company, a part of the Economic Zones World, today signed an MOU with TRIL to establish a joint venture company for developing and operating the proposed business and logistics parks, Jafza said in a statement.
The MoU was signed by TRIL CEO Dinesh Chandiok Jafza and Economic Zones World CEO Salma Hareb in Dubai today, the statement said.
"We believe that Jafza Internationals outstanding track record in developing and managing business and logistics parks will add great value to this collaboration," Chandiok said in the statement.
Jafza International manages seven mega facilities in four countries and is presently developing 20 different projects.
"Economic Zones World with its expertise in developing business parks and TRIL with its world-class real estate capabilities bring together dynamic forces that complement each other for the successful development of business and logistics parks across India," Hareb said.
