Prison has hardly ever seemed this comfortable. Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the ex-IMF chief who has been charged with committing a criminal sexual act, attempted rape and unlawful imprisonment is moving into his prison which is an abode of luxury.

The former head of the International Monetary Fund, who is awaiting trial, is not allowed to leave his home under the terms of his $1 million bail, a Telegraph report stated. So he's chosen very swanky digs for where he will live out his house arrest. Strauss-Kahn's 'prison' boasts of everything from rooftop access to home theatre in one of Manhattan's trendiest districts - Tribeca.

Apparently, the townhouse, which is located on the quiet 153 Franklin Street, has more than what we would call a 'punishment'. With four bedrooms, a jet tub and waterfall shower, this prison has other VIP trappings too. The site includes a theatre with six identical cinema-style chairs, an ultra-modern staircase and a main bedroom with a leopard print rug over a low double bed.

The house was recently put on the market for nearly $14 million. It is yet unknown who owns the house now or how much Strauss-Kahn will pay as rent.
