A Rome airport says a Ryanair flight has made an emergency landing there after a warning light indicated a problem with an undercarriage, but the plane landed safely and nobody was injured.

ROME: A Rome airport says a Ryanair flight has made an emergency landing there after a warning light indicated a problem with an undercarriage, but the plane landed safely and nobody was injured.
The Leonardo da Vinci airport said the plane, despite the warning light, did not have any problems with the undercarriage during its landing on Friday.
It says the plane from Bergamo, near Milan, had been scheduled to land at Rome's Ciampino airport, but changed its plans because the Leonardo da Vinci airport was closer.
None of the about 160 people aboard the Boeing 737-800 were hurt. Ryanair said in a statement that the flight was diverted as a safety precaution, and that the company's engineers would replace the faulty indicator light.
Earlier this week, a Ryanair plane made an emergency landing in central France after suddenly losing cabin pressure. More than two dozen people were hospitalized.
