Nokia to pull out of Japan, except high-end model

Nokia said that it will stop selling mobile phones in Japan except its high-end model Vertu.

TOKYO: Nokia, the world's biggest cellphone maker, said on Thursday that it will stop selling mobile phones in Japan except its high-end model Vertu.

Nokia said it will continue its global research and development work in Japan.
