Fijian Drua players celebrate their eighth consecutive home win after a dominant 28–14 performance against the Waratahs
The Fijian Drua beat the NSW Waratahs 28–14 at Churchill Park in Lautoka in the Super Rugby Pacific competition on April 19, 2025. It was their eighth straight win at home.

The Drua took an early lead when fly-half Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula kicked two penalties in the first six minutes. Tries from Motikiai Murray and Ponipate Loganimasi helped the Drua go up 18–7 by halftime.

The Waratahs scored through Langi Gleeson and Julian Heaven. But they could not close the gap. After the final siren, the Drua were awarded a penalty try, ending the match 28–14.

This was the Waratahs' ninth away loss in a row. They have not won an away game in 2025. Their last away losing streak this long was in 1996–97. The Drua, on the other hand, have not lost at home this season.

Super Rugby Pacific is a regional rugby competition that features teams from Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and the Pacific Islands. The Drua joined the league in 2022 to give Fiji its team at this level.
