Demi Moore, 62, named People magazine’s ‘World’s Most Beautiful’ 2025
This recognition comes after Moore won a Golden Globe earlier this year for her role in The Substance. In the film, she plays a woman who deals with aging and identity. During her award speech, she said that people should stop comparing themselves to others and must learn to value who they are. She said, “You can never be enough by someone else’s standards. But you can know your worth when you stop measuring.”
“I think I've evolved into greater gentility toward myself,” she added.
In an old interview, she shared that she still has moments when she does not like how she looks. But she also said she now respects what her body has gone through. She eats plant-based food, meditates, gets sleep, and still enjoys a daily Red Bull. She focuses on doing what makes her feel well.
She said she is close to her daughters and is enjoying her time as a grandmother. She remains in touch with her ex-husband Bruce Willis, and shared a message for him on his 70th birthday.
Other people who have been named “World’s Most Beautiful” in the past include Cindy Crawford, Tom Cruise, and Michelle Pfeiffer. Moore said this moment is about accepting who she is and letting go of outside pressures.
“I had a woman say to me, 'Just know, you will never be enough, but you can know the value of your worth if you just put down the measuring stick.”
