Mittal Steel shares to be listed as Arcelor Mittal
Shares in the steel maker currently quoted on stock exchanges as Mittal Steel are to be listed in future under the name of the merged group, Arcelor Mittal, the company said on Tuesday.

PARIS: Shares in the steel maker currently quoted on stock exchanges as Mittal Steel are to be listed in future under the name of the merged group, Arcelor Mittal, the company said on Tuesday.
No date was given for the official change in the title of the world's largest steel producer. Arcelor Mittal was formed from the merger last June of European giant Arcelor and Mittal Steel, controlled by Indian business heavyweight Lakshmi Mittal.
Arcelor Mittal is quoted on the New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Brusses, Luxembourg and Madrid stock exchanges.
