Kansas City floods: Residents stranded on roofs
Three rounds of heavy rain inundated Kansas City, triggering the second major flash flood in one part of the metro area in less than a month. Officials in Miami County confirmed the death of a 56-year-old man who was killed when he drove into high water early Tuesday morning, according to the Kansas City Star.
