Italy willing to sell entire stake in Alitalia

ROME: The Italian Treasury is willing to sell its entire 49.9 percent stake in loss-making airline Alitalia , it said on Tuesday. The government has shortlisted three bidders for its controlling stake in the airline, and said previously it expected the privatisation to be completed in July.
